Pay Your Academic Deposit
The academic deposit is required of transfer students who plan to live in ̽»¨ÉçÇø residence halls or sign up for an Adventure WV first-year trip.
Steps to Complete
- If you haven't done so already, claim your account.
- Sign in to using your ̽»¨ÉçÇø Login credentials.
- Select the Pay Your Academic Deposit link.
- Pay the academic deposit — $150 for West Virginia residents and $250 for all other students — using an electronic check or credit card (VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express).

Transfer students who plan to live in a ̽»¨ÉçÇø residence hall or participate in an Adventure WV Trip are required to pay the academic deposit. The academic deposit is fully refundable if you submit the before May 1 (December 1 for students enrolling in the spring).
